Cancellation Policy
BeFit Booking & Cancellation Policy Please book your classes in advance to secure your place. Bookings Places are limited. Bookings close 12 hours before the class starts, please make sure you book before this time. Cancellations & rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the class starts. This allows someone else to take your place. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the class, and non-attendance, may result in the session being charged or the class credit being lost. Waitlist If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, you will be notified and given the opportunity to book. Thank you for giving as much notice as possible when you can't make a class, it helps keep spaces available for everyone.
